Reflection:

These artifacts are just a few that the cell phone application Endomondo has to offer to help monitor one's physical activity. This application has been very helpful in monitoring some of the physical activity that I engage in. I have been able to set goal, reach those goals and feel proud of my accomplishments as there are document for me see. Being able to watch and account for my efforts has actually been a source of motivation for me.  The first two images are showing my activity days in the March and April respectively. The following image is of a bar graph showing the distance in miles that I walked from April 2nd and April 29th totally 24.5 miles. The next image has probably been one of the more useful tools that this application has. This application breaks down and summaries your monthly stats, including calories burned, distance travel, total time spent working out and the number of times I have engaged in physical activity.  There were several occasion able to record my activity, but none the less, it is great to be able to track and watch my progress. As the summer is approaching I'm excited to see the all those numbers rise. Once they do, I'll update and add some more images.

* Without discrimination against those with disabilities, physical education teacher candidates with special needs are allowed and encouraged to utilize a variety of accommodations and/or modifications to demonstrate competent movement and performance concepts (modified/adapted equipment, augmented communication devices, multi-media devices, etc.) and fitness (weight programs, exercise logs, etc.).
